1. Purpose

Your Astral Life offers astrological interpretations: birth chart, solar return, transits, love compatibility and professional profile analysis. By using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Our content is offered for personal development and introspection. It in no way constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or recruitment advice, and does not replace the judgement of qualified professionals. The recruitment analysis is complementary insight, never a hiring decision.

3. Account and confirmation

Sign-in is passwordless, via a link sent to your email address. The free birth chart is generated only after your address is confirmed. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data provided, on which the accuracy of the calculations depends.

4. Offers and prices

• Birth chart: free, one per email address, followed by a month of free predictions.
• One-time services: Solar Return, Love Compatibility, Recruitment. Single payment.
• Subscriptions: recurring billing (monthly or annual) until cancellation.

Displayed prices are in euros, all taxes included for individuals. They may change; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We store no banking data. A valid discount code may be applied at checkout.

6. Delivery

Interpretations are prepared then sent by email, usually within a few minutes. They remain accessible via the link provided.

7. Subscription, cancellation and refund

A subscription renews automatically at term. You can cancel it at any time; it remains active until the end of the current period, with no further renewal.

Satisfied or refunded: during the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund from your account. We process your request and cancel the subscription.

8. Right of withdrawal

For one-time analyses (personalised digital content delivered immediately), you expressly request their immediate performance at the time of order and thereby acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal once preparation has started (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Subscriptions, however, keep the 14-day right of withdrawal (see article 7). A problem with an analysis? Write to us: we always look for a solution.
