- Birth data (first name, date, time and place of birth): essential to calculate your birth chart and forecasts.
- Payment data: processed directly by our provider Stripe. We never store your card number.
- Minimal technical data (language, email delivery log) for the proper functioning of the service.
Why we use them
- Calculate and deliver your astrological interpretations.
- Send you the emails you consented to (free chart, predictions, subscription content).
- Process your purchases and subscriptions.
The legal basis is your consent (confirmed by double opt-in at sign-up) and the performance of the service you request.
Consent and unsubscribe
No marketing is sent to you before you have confirmed your address. Every non-subscription email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Cancelling a subscription stops the associated content.
Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active or necessary to provide the service. You can request its deletion at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the strictly necessary providers: Stripe (payment), our email host, and the site's hosting infrastructure.
